Works as intended, kind of hard to manipulate at full extension. It will not clear packed layers of snowfall. It will clear fresh snowfall just fine.

[Employee of bestbuy] I would give this product a 2 star, as one of the arms ("Left Frame" came with the notch incorrectly set, so I was literally unable to assemble. However, calling SnowJoe support, they signed me up for the free 2 yr warranty, and shipped me an entirely new unit within a few days. (and a shipping label to return my defective unit) New unit TBD on mfr quality, but have to appreciate the great Suport at SnowJoe. Rest of unit seems reasonable quality, given price compared to other models seen online. I purchased when on sale.

A bit of confusion on my part as the ad says 28’ long, while the box was labeled 22’. Did not measure yet to see which is accurate

It works pretty good. Its a pain to set up. Better than a long shovel.

I have broken a few of the traditional rakes on my solar panels because it gets snagged on the mounting bolts. I thought this would roll over them and still clear enough snow to let the rest melt/slide off. unfortunately even fully unwound its still pretty high off the surface and doesnt get under the snow.

Bought too late in the season to use it. Price was good on Deal of the day' so we will see how it works next winter. In the mean time itsits in the box in the garage

It is not easy to use. You have to have at least 3 inches of snow or more for it to work.

works well. The rollers leave a small ridge at the edge of the roof but it does not seem to be a problem.
