Very easy to install and works well to keep the ring doorbell charged, even in this dreary winter weather.

It went in easily. Easy to operate. Love it. I would recommend this item to anyone w a Ring camera.

I wanted to reduce the recharge frequency on my Ring doorbell. The install/set up was easy. My doorbell location gets direct sun for about half the day, but so far it has slowed the rate of battery drain. The more alerts the faster the battery goes down and the sunnier the better the solar charger keeps it charged. You likely won't avoid an occasional recharge by plugging in your doorbell, but depending on the amount of sunlight you get you can definitely extend the battery life between charging.

Best Buy was the only place that actually had this in stock, I had previously ordered from amazon a week prior just for them to turn around a week later and refund my item because they didn’t have it… Best Buy had it to my door in 5 days! Super happy, thanks !

I’m in love with the solar charger. It extends the life of my Ring Pro so that I don’t have to disconnect to charge but every 2 months at least.

Bought this with my new Ring door bell, was tired of every month or so having to recharge batteries for most of a day, and not having my doorbell online. This charger just fits on bac and the doorbell actually attaches to it, never have to charge batteries if there’s enough sunlight

bought this so i wouldn't have to remove doorbell to charge, on about a month so far holding steady, lot of cloudy days, curious to see change when suns out more. however, seems ok at this time

This is my second Ring Solar Charger and it was supposed to be a better one than the previous model. Same result. Never really charge my Rind doorbell. Instead it drained the battery that I have to remove the doorbell and manually charge the device. A bit disappointed with the product.

Update: Called again today 6/9/25 spoke with John, no documentation from my previous call on 5/22/25 when I was told the refund would be completed on Monday May 26, 2025 (that’s convenient) again asking where my refund is for 3 months Again very disappointed in the over all customer service with this company as a card member. Completed a review on BBB site as a complaint with this terrible experience. AGAIN-I am the customer and shouldn’t have to be contacting you to make this problem solved. I like that I do not have to worry about physically charging the battery.
