Effective supplement to doorbell recharging

I wanted to reduce the recharge frequency on my Ring doorbell. The install/set up was easy. My doorbell location gets direct sun for about half the day, but so far it has slowed the rate of battery drain. The more alerts the faster the battery goes down and the sunnier the better the solar charger keeps it charged. You likely won't avoid an occasional recharge by plugging in your doorbell, but depending on the amount of sunlight you get you can definitely extend the battery life between charging.

Dont have to charge batteries

Bought this with my new Ring door bell, was tired of every month or so having to recharge batteries for most of a day, and not having my doorbell online. This charger just fits on bac and the doorbell actually attaches to it, never have to charge batteries if there’s enough sunlight

We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.
For clarification, this product only works with Ring Battery Doorbell with a USB-C power connector. It is not compatible with Video Doorbell 2, Video Doorbell 3, Video Doorbell 3 Plus, Video Doorbell 4, Battery Doorbell Plus, or Battery Doorbell Pro. Ring Battery Doorbell required (sold separately). We recommend checking the Device Compatibility List on Ring's Help page, which provides a full overview of which accessories and chargers are compatible with each Ring doorbell model.

bought this so i wouldn't have to remove doorbell to charge, on about a month so far holding steady, lot of cloudy days, curious to see change when suns out more. however, seems ok at this time

Update: Called again today 6/9/25 spoke with John, no documentation from my previous call on 5/22/25 when I was told the refund would be completed on Monday May 26, 2025 (that’s convenient) again asking where my refund is for 3 months Again very disappointed in the over all customer service with this company as a card member. Completed a review on BBB site as a complaint with this terrible experience. AGAIN-I am the customer and shouldn’t have to be contacting you to make this problem solved.
