I bought this charger for a set of window blinds controllers that require a lower amperage. It doesn't heat up much when charging, which is a plus, as other chargers usually get really hot.

I just wanted peace of mind knowing I was using the right adapter. Come to find out, it was my Roam that was the issue. Reached out to Sonos due to overheating, random battery depletion and disconnects; they replaced the unit with a Roam2. So now this adapter is being used on it. It works, its fine, its an adapter...nothing fancy.

This is a 10watt charger, not a 20 watt like your cellphones. It also doesn’t have to be purchased with the Roam speaker charger.

The Adapter came packaged in the original, unopened Sonos box and is an authentic Sonos 10w USB Adapter.

If you are getting the wireless charger for the Roam, please be aware that it includes this adapter already. I missed this detail and ordered this thinking it would be needed in addition since not shown in the photo.

Charger does what it needs but thought it could be a better design in regards to how it’s plugged

Nothing special. It does what it is supposed to do. Less expensive options exist.

Great charger. It revived my failing tablet as the chargers I had did not have the oomph to overcome the charging blockage.

Not necessary when charger bought. I was disappointed that a better charge process not included with ROAM, so I bought Charger and Power Adapter - this was not needed with Charger

The power adapter works great but you would think they would include it with your purchase.

As expected. Not much to say. Fixed an issue where old 10W chargers did not work.
