The best tv purchase before 2025

This is my upgrade tv since my sony x-900h model and its an absolutely stunning picture ive seen for a new tv. Between the Bravia 9 and this i believe the sony Bravia 7 is the better choice than the 9 for better dark details and movie watchers in cinema mode and if your considering something besides OLED, MINI LED is the next best thing in this competition of tv brands and not to mention the colors definitely pop and contrast MUST BUY

Great picture quality even viewing at an angle

I got the Bravia 7 TV with the Sony HT-A3000 soundbar and SA-SW3 subwoofer as a bundle so I got a very good deal. About a month later the price of the TV decreased by $100. I got it price matched and was refunded $100. That's what I love about Best Buy. Bravia 7’s picture quality is incredible. It's so bright and sharp. My only complaint is that local dimming makes some scenes so dark it's hard to see the details. It can be remedied though by fine tuning the brightness. A lot of reviews say the viewing angle is disappointing but I watch from an angle all the time and it's not a problem at all. Definitely get the soundbar and subwoofer. This soundbar makes dialogue very clear. The Google TV interface is very easy to set up and use. I’m very happy I got this setup.

Our son bought this Sony BRAVIA 7 for us after our faithful Sony from 2010 TV was accidentally damaged while we were painting our home. We honestly didn’t realize how much TV technology had improved over the years until we set this one up. The picture quality is incredible—bright, crisp, and full of vibrant colors. Movies, sports, and even regular TV look amazing. The sound is much better than we expected, and the Google TV interface is easy to navigate. Coming from a TV that lasted over 15 years, we were hoping for something that would serve us just as well. So far, this Sony has exceeded our expectations. It feels like a premium TV, and we’re very grateful our son chose this one for us. If you’re looking for a beautiful, easy-to-use TV with outstanding picture quality, we highly recommend the Sony BRAVIA 7.

Great TV was looking for a new tv for a while going from a Sony Bravia XRB49X830C witch it was a great tv still is needed a new tv and i only purchase Sony Tvs The bravia 7 has great brightness picture quality is not as good as my older Sony but happy with this purchase overall you are getting a great TV hopefully it last a long time. Multiple places to purchase this Tv but i had to support Bestbuy where i usually by all my electronics transaction and arrive on schedule this one for you Bestbuy i hope ill be able to buy my next new TV from you guys. Also credit to Sony for making great Tvs for many decades now going back to the triniton.

We got this TV for under $1,300.00 and it is hands down one of the best TVs i have ever owned. For a mini LED, the picture quality is unreal. It works flawlessly with my PS5 and the OS is so much, but more responsive than Samsung's Tizen OS. Now, I wish the TV had four HDMI 2.1 ports and the glare and off angle viewing could be improved, but it's not as bad as some reviewers have made it out to be. Sound quality it good, but I'll continue to use my soundbar for the foreseeable future.

The tv looks great we all enjoy it. It does everything I need. The only issue is, and I don’t know if it’s the tv or the soundbar, when it turns on a lot of the times it doesn’t connect to it and I have to use the remote

We listened to the employee who recommended us to get this Bravia 7 instead of Bravia 8 due to its brightness while the picture quality and the deep blacks are the same. We were so glad we did. We mostly watch in the evening and it's great to see the level of detail. Sound quality was great, we ended up not installing our sound bar.

[Employee of bestbuy] Upgraded from my 950G. The picture quality has improved since the previous generation as well as the standard speakers. Thoroughly pleased with this TV. The only "con" I have is Sony has kind of made it that you want to mess with the seetings you have to do a little more digging around to get where you want to get. And i miss the full aize remote. However my 950G remote qorks with it... So im happy.

Great TV and value

This 65" Bravia 7 replaced a Sony X90CH and it's a big step up in terms of brightness and picture quality. My Sony tv's have all had pleasing, attractive pictures across inputs and this one is just better at all of it and the dimming zones have noticably reduced blooming. The TV is mounted in front of seating for it, so I can't comment on wide viewing angles which are apparently an issue for some but it's a great tv that benefits being priced below the 9, with a wonderful picture for the money. Also, wifi 6 on this one has meant I have seen higher speeds and reliability over a mesh network mostly serving gig fiber to older devices.

We bought this tv to replace our old Sony. The picture is crisp and there is definite improvement from the tv speakers compare to the old one. It’s always a bit of a pain to set up the smart tv, compared to the plug and play, but we just followed the steps and now were lovin’ it.

Best and brightest tv I've ever owned

This TV is amazing. I'm coming from Samsung but the screen looks so clear with the stock settings and even better if you calibrate it. The Google TV software works really good and the new update just enhanced it so much better. The speakers aren't to bad good enough but if your an audio geek you might want to invest into surround sound system. This is the brightest TV I've even owned I had to turn it down at night but in the day it's perfect for bright room. All in all I give it a 9/10 due to speakers but do recommend it.

Amazing Tv. The only downfall we have is that it wont connect to my xfinity router/,modem which is 15 feet away. We did all the trouble shooting with xfinity and sony and to no avail. The wifi only works with me using my phone as a hot spot. Tv is sharp and very clear.

Regarding the Wi-Fi connection: Since your BRAVIA 7 connects successfully to a mobile hotspot, it confirms the TV’s hardware is working perfectly. This typically points to a configuration setting within the Xfinity gateway. Often, these routers use "Smart Connect" to merge 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, which can sometimes confuse high-end hardware. We recommend checking if your router's firewall or MAC filtering is inadvertently blocking the TV, or attempting to assign the TV a Static IP through your router settings to ensure a stable handshake.

I perviously worked at this Best Buy, haven’t been since I bought my last New Tv 10 years ago. Anyway, went in to just brows. Ended up walking out with this bad boy! 1200$ off! I have the nicest tv in the family now. It was my 3 year sobriety gift to myself. Don’t regret it one bit!
