This is by far the greatest all-around Tv. So many features and the 4K in a dark room ... amazing. Google assistant makes me lazy which is nice. Of course, I chose the TV after being given the ultimatum, but the best decision I made. For a Tv of course. :) That is how incredibly impressed I still am after months with the quality and features. STICK TO SONY. They build quality not just one after another.

A great TV for a not breaking my bank account price. Picture quality is great for a 4K TV, so is the sound quality and connectivity. Remote works just fine, but since it connects to the TV bluetooth technology, it drains battery a bit quicker and that's okay since it requires 2xAAA batteries (available anywhere pretty much at a very very reasonable price) and not some built-in non replaceable reachrgable battery. I'm NOT comparing this TV with an OLED $2k or $3k TV, but PRETTY good for $799.99 (when I bought it). It's been over a year to so with this TV and next time if I need to upgrade, I would get SONY Google TV 4K a bit bigger (perhaps 75" or 85").

We were in the market for 2 TVs and struggled with the brands/options to choose from as well as whether or not to go with 1 higher priced and 1 lower priced model for the two areas in the house. Sony has always been a powerhouse brand and we kept gravitating to this model and the OLED. We are not huge TV watchers so decided to purchase 2 of the X80J's. The price point was perfect and still less than the OLED for two. The colors and features are amazing and for the most part it is not difficult to use. We have both attached to sound bars which boosts the sound quality, but quite honestly, it was not bad without. We have AT&T TV and there is a compatibility issue which makes it difficult to use one remote and powering a streaming stick can pose challenges, but although a hassle, it is not a reason to decrease the overall rating. We did mount both 65" TV's with mounts purchased from Best Buy and had the Geek Squad install which went smoothly and the techs were very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We still need to do some cord camouflage, but we think the final outcome is impressive. We recommend this model if you don't want to go for the higher price point and we hope it lasts for awhile. Sony, don't let us down!

I was really struggling on which tv to buy and I just decided to go with this Bravia since I have a really old Bravia that is still going very strong. I really am happy with my decision. The graphic and sound quality is excellent. I’m not an pro when it comes to difference of qualities because we don’t really go through TVs, but Sony has been the only one that went on strong for us. I did go with Best Buy because I saw many bad reviews with other companies delivery services and I haven’t read anything bad with Best Buy. When those delivery men came, they were polite and professional and explained we had 15 days to return and they someone will come pick it up and drop off a new one. Luckily, there went any cracks on it or any scratches or problems so far. I definitely recommend the Sony Bravia.

As expected, I relied on the Sony brand since the older model in a guest bedroom is over 12 years old. This 65 inch is a house warming gift for my daughter. The colors are impeccable and bold. Very crisp and clear picture with easy functioning remote control. Yes, we pushed back the loveseat as it was quite too bright closer. A+ to Sony and BestBuy…very satisfied with product and service.
