I recently purchased the Sony Bravia 75” TV, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment it was set up, it transformed my living room into a true home theater. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — the colors are vibrant, the contrast is sharp, and the detail is so crisp that everything feels lifelike. Watching movies in 4K HDR has been an incredible experience, and even standard HD content looks much better thanks to Sony’s excellent upscaling. The size alone makes a huge difference. At 75 inches, it’s immersive without feeling overwhelming, and the thin bezels give it a sleek, modern look. The sound quality is surprisingly strong for built-in speakers, though it really shines when paired with a soundbar or home audio system. The smart TV features are also smooth and easy to use. Google TV makes browsing apps simple, and the voice remote is a convenient touch. I appreciate how responsive the interface is, and connecting to streaming services was seamless. Overall, this TV is a powerhouse for both movie nights and everyday viewing. It feels like a premium product in every way, and it’s definitely worth the investment if you want a cinematic experience at home

I recently purchased the Sony 75" Class BRAVIA 5 Mini LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2025), and overall I am very impressed with the experience. The picture quality is the standout feature. The Mini LED backlighting produces deep blacks, excellent contrast, and bright highlights that make movies, sports, and video games look incredibly realistic. Colors appear vibrant without looking oversaturated, and the 4K resolution delivers sharp detail even on a large 75-inch screen. I also liked the Google TV interface. It was easy to set up, responsive, and provided quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. Voice control through Google Assistant worked well and made searching for content much easier than typing with a remote. Another strength is the TV's motion handling. Fast-moving scenes during sports and action movies remained smooth and clear with very little blur. High end Mini LED for a good experience.

Finally decided to upgrade my old LG with horrible discoloration on my display. Had a pool of choice. Wanted something a little more premium this time around. Ended up getting the 75 inch Bravia 5 for my living room. All the great features of a Mini LED we love..especially Dolby Vision..a must for me. And my favorite Cricket matches have never looked smoother and sharper live. Also with it being a Song TV..no brainer for my PS5. That all being said..you still are expected to pay a premium since it’s Sony tech..If you have brand loyalty..this is great..If you just want a great Mini LED with all the bells and whistles without spending the OLED money..definitely other brands that are more budget friendly that still offer a world class Mini LED tv.

True Home Theater Experience

I absolutely love how this TV has completely transformed movie nights with my family. Watching movies at home now truly feels like having a cinema in my own living room. I bought the Sony Bravia 5 as a bundle with a soundbar and subwoofer, and the difference is incredible—the sound is powerful, immersive, and makes every movie feel much more alive. The picture quality is stunning, with beautiful colors and amazing clarity that really pulls you into what you’re watching. I also added Govee lights behind the TV, and that took the experience to another level. The lighting combined with the picture and sound creates such a beautiful and immersive atmosphere. Honestly, you will not regret this purchase. It’s the best investment I’ve ever made in a TV, and every movie night feels special because of it. Highly recommended if you want a true home theater experience

Great picture quality! No issues with the brightness of my living room. Sound Quality I can’t really comment on I have a sound bar that I use. I prefer the new Sony over the other two 65” LG’s I have in my house. Best Buy mounted and set up while I was at work they did a great job.

Great tech for the price point

I think this TV is my favorite, the remote is definitely my favorite. I really wish the remote had light effects for easy acquisition of buttons in low light. The button layout of the remote makes sense otherwise. The quality has exceeded my expectations. Install was straight forward, wall mounted. I used ai chat to maximize my hardware and was worth the extra time to set up in settings.

Noticeable quality and durability. Whole family loves the TV. Factory picture settings are actually best, in my opinion. Trying to adjust the picture settings did not end up in a desired result.

Great visuals especially if you connect an Apple TV to it. Highly recommend that you purchase some speakers with the TV since the built-in speakers aren’t that good.

Poor quality in product and useless warranty

I have been a Sony fan all of my life and have owned several of their TVs without a complaint. However, this TV was purchased less than 6 months ago and then it started developing vertical lines. We called Best Buy since we had an extended warranty and they said since it was less than a year old, we had to call Sony. Sony’s warranty asked for pictures including the back of the TV, which, being mounted 10’ off the ground, was no easy task for someone my age. After doing that twice (first set of pix did not have the right resolution, ugh), Sony said they would not cover it under warranty since their was damage to the unit. The bottom of the TV is 10’ off the ground! Nothing touched it except AIR! My argument went nowhere with Sony and they would not let me talk to a supervisor. I gave up and decided to go with Samsung for my next purchase. Warranties are useless when we did nothing wrong and the unit could not stand up to everyday use. Will not consider Sony TVs in the future since they do not stand behind their products.
