Sent me ax6000 box with a ax4000 radio inside and refuse to give me a refund have pictures and videos of wrong item inside box ax6000 should have hdmi input

This radio replaced my factory head unit in a 2016 Subaru Forester. The factory head units for my vehicle have a myriad of issues that lead to a class-action lawsuit and forced the dealerships to replace the head units for a certain amount of time, but that doesn't mean those head units improved at all for Subaru owners. It would cost me nearly the same to have a re-installation done now that I was having the same problems again, so I decided to try something different to improve the quality of my vehicle's radio. Android Auto makes all the difference in the world since the OEM head units didn't have it as a feature. The techs that installed this unit also informed me of options for the USB distribution inside the vehicle, so I authorized them to drill a hole in an inner console to make the cable more accessible and it was professionally done job. I miss my volume knob, but I'm happy to have something that isn't giving me any problems. I had to buy several adapters for this radio to be compatible with my car, but again, the cost ends up being about the same for re-installing the old radio. I lost some Subaru system connectivity functions that are tied to the original radio specifically, but when that old radio is constantly ghost touching and is manually inoperable, it's useless to me anyway.
