Even though I gave the product 5 stars, I was not happy with my order after I picked it up from the store. I waited about2 weeks for it to arrive for me to go pick it up. The packaging was ripped up and torn like someone returned it. The rug shampoo was half full. It had no signs of leakage. I was very didsppointed. Overall though, I love the product and the machine. I will now purchase my shampoo from Lowe's where I will be able to inspect it.

This product is not efficient in cleaning. Have to do multiple times to clean mildly dirty carpets even strictly following instructions
