A: Unfortunately, no you cannot. The only way to play any sort of multi-player is through Xbox live.
Q: Is the game still good even without the oculus?
A: Never tried the Oculus. It's worth it
A: Single player story mission is playable offline. Don't play this game if you play to play single player story mission because each single player story mission is very short and poor design.
