Q: How difficult was the installation of this product?
A: They are somewhat tedious. Depends on your location, home, and skill level. Think of it as WiFi AP. It will work better the closer you are to it. There are specific installation parameters like the exterior antenna and interior antenna need to face opposite directions. They are both directional so the exterior antenna somewhat dictates interior placement. This is true with most boosters or they will not work properly. I am a professional installer of these devices. They work great when properly installed. You most also locate your nearest cell tower which will dictate exterior placement. You can do that with a free app. I usually install an added J pole as well and sometimes must add more RG6.
Q: Will this work with a iPhone 12 Pro. I mean does the device mater?
A: It works with all phones and carriers when properly installed dependent on having at least one or two bars of service outside.
