I really like these wireless cameras from Swann but it needs work.... Installation was easy and I love that you can move the cameras around. Signal strength with my dual band modem is top notch for both indoor and outdoor cameras. Quality of recording is pretty good, day or night. Now the negatives... 1. multiple attempts needed sometimes to activate motion sensors and other settings, 2. when movement alert received and you try to view live, the cameras take a long time to wake up, 3. You can’t view in live and record what you’re viewing, 4. What is recorded under activity alert is extremely short, maybe 7 seconds of footage, 5. Base does not stick to wall with the adhesive strips provided. Better off screwing base to wall, 6. Sometimes the camera rolls down, out of position, on the magnetic ball base, 7. Must recharge battery in cameras every two months or so. I look forward to the periodic firmware updates. If the camera improves on the above, I’d recommend to a friend.

I already have a Swann Floodlight Camera and like it so much that I decided to add this camera to my system. Like my floodlight camera, this device works with the Safe by Swann App so adding it to my network took less than a minute after I initially charged it up. I really like that this camera is powered by a rechargeable battery because it gives me a lot of options for placement in areas that are not near a power outlet. I have been using it for about two weeks moderately and the battery is still going strong. I am estimating that I will have to charge it about once every 2 months or so. The magnetic stand/mounting bracket allows the camera to pointed very easily. Since the camera has the magnet built into the back, it can be attached to magnetic metal surfaces. I have been able to stick it to my back door, fridge door, microwave. This makes it very easy to move it around wherever I need it to go. Another great feature is that Swann doesn't charge a fee for 2 days of online storage. This camera also has built in memory that Swann estimates can store about 7 days of footage.

I really enjoyed these cameras. Swann had changed and discontinued the app for this model and after many tries and several different customer representative, I think I can say that they’re back on. Hopefully that doesn’t happen again

Not overly impressed with the camera's. Hard time connection with to them with my phone. And I do have high speed internet. Not very good at night.

It's a very good system when it's live but getting a small record video it gets it after something happened.

Got this security cameras and there good but just need to charge every 5 days.

After charging for 6 hours. I had the most difficult time connecting the cameras to my WIFI. After 2 frustrating hours, I returned them.

Needed something that was wireless and not too expensive, found these and the ratings were spot on. It’s good video quality and the price you pay, I think it’s worth it.

Cameras are super my WiFi sucks. WiFi extender not so hot

I have swann wire cameras at my house, and I like it, but this one was a disappointing, I don’t like it.

This company has no customer service!!! This is not a easy product to set up if you can at all! Do not buy you will be frustrated and returning to the store!

Quick and easy installation/ set up. Camera has great quality a wide field a view. Highly recommended for the DIYer that doesn't want to spend hours running cables.
