Customer Ratings & Reviews

What more can I say about this system! If you don't have a Nintendo switch, you need to go out and get one now! You can play the system on the go or you can use the dock to connect the system to your TV and play at home. This versatility is what gives this system such a huge appeal. Not to mention the first party and third party games that are available for the system, which for the most part are all extremely high in quality. Now the online functionality, an online menu still needs tweaking however it gets the job done. There are three versions of this system. The initial version that comes in a primarily white box which is the original, the second version which comes in a primarily red box which has better battery life and the smaller handheld only Nintendo switch lite. There aren't many bad things I can say about this system period in fact this system happens to be on my top three favorite systems of all time. To keep this review short, I'm going to reiterate what I've already said in the beginning . No matter who you are, or how old you may be, pick up the system and enjoy yourself.

A really nice device that I can not stop using. I have been using my switch every day since I ordered and mistakenly play for hours on it. I first had a switch lite, then I was able to snag a regular switch. The switch lite is ok, but I feel that the analog sticks, and buttons are better on this device. Also I like that I can play it on the TV and feel that I can get more use of the switch motion control games. I love this device and feel that it's worth the 300 dollar price tag. But now I'm playing animal crossing, mario odyssey and plan to pick up botw, and some others. Just for those games alone I think it's worth picking up. I put a skin from skinit on it.

The Nintendo Switch is very amazing! You're able to bring it everywhere you want and that means entertainment wherever you go! I'm able to play all my best games and it runs really well. It can also be used with the dock so you can play it on the TV. You can play all your favorite games on the big screen! And all the games that are available on the Switch anyone can play from young to old! I highly recommend this so you can have fun wherever you go.

I had been wanting a Switch for a while and I finally bit the bullet once the updated version with the better battery came out. I really enjoy it, it has a great selection of games and being able to take it with me on the go is a major plus. I highly recommend getting one if you’ve been considering it!

The Nintendo Switch is a fantastic gaming system for both kids and adults. We love that we can play it on the TV or take it on the go. The game selection is excellent, with family friendly favorites like Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Zelda. The controls are easy to use, and it’s perfect for playing alone or with friends and family. Overall, the Nintendo Switch offers hours of fun and is well worth the investment!

I’ve had my Nintendo Switch for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best gaming consoles I’ve owned! The hybrid design is perfect for both at-home gaming on the big screen and taking it on the go. The game library is amazing—there’s something for everyone, from casual games like Animal Crossing to more intense ones like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. The Joy-Cons make multiplayer gaming so easy, and I love how versatile the controls are. Plus, the ability to connect online with friends is a game-changer. The Switch really nails the balance between fun, functionality, and portability. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just looking for a way to unwind, the Nintendo Switch is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

The pandemic and shortages have made the Nintendo Switch a somewhat 4 leaf clover among people who seek to obtain it. After many cancelled online orders through Wal Mart, I decided to download the Best Buy app with notification capabilities. It only took one day for an email to show in my inbox stating "1 product left!". I was able to effortlessly insert my payment information in and recieved a message stating my order would be ready for pick up ... next day?! too good to be true right? Sure as the sky is blue, I arrive to Best Buy in New Jersey nervous this is one big trick. The road side pick up line went quickly (took one minute), an associate scanned me and reappeared with the Switch. Quick and painless service, smiling representative and satisfied customer. System looks and works great. Thanks all!

Nintendo games are some of the most wholesome experiences out and fun for the whole family. With the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo has outdone themselves by making a portable console you can plug into your tv making it a home console and giving you the best of both worlds. Here are some of my pros and cons: Pros: Portable-If you take any kind of public transportation having one of these is great since you can game on the way to work! Great battery life- This is a new enhanced model with the red box that gives much better battery lifer than the older one. I average 8 hours of screen on time. Unique gameplay experiences- You can't find something like ring fit anywhere else. Cons: Graphics- They aren't up to the standards of PS4 or Xbox One. Nintendo is usually a generation behind graphically and that continues here Display quality- The screen seems to have been downgraded from the earlier Switch model. Controller- It isn't the most comfortable to hold and causes my thumbs to get blistered/calloused. Overall, I still recommend the system as it's the only place you can get Nintendo game experiences and it's very cool to be able to have portable gaming wherever you go.

The Joy-Cons can be a bit finicky, but the Switch is just plain fun, and it switches seamlessly from TV to handheld mode. We even put a cute purple case on ours to make it feel extra personal. We love our switch!

I purchased the Nintendo switch on 6/16 for my niece for her graduation present! I made my purchase online and it was ready for pickup right away. The process went smoothly, and the staff at the pickup counter was very friendly! She reassured me what was featured in the system. My niece was graduating from 5th grade elementary school. During her graduation party when she opened her present and saw a brand new Nintendo switch, she was beyond happy!! She thanked me profusely and was very excited to play it right away! Turning it on and setup was very easy and straight forward. Once she set up her account, she was already excited about the new games she wants to purchase. Thank you for making my niece very happy with her graduation present :)

I went to my local Best Buy to check on a Geek Squad repair. While I was in line; I noticed a woman returning a Nintendo Switch. When she left, I asked Best Buy if I could purchase it. Originally I was told that all game consoles get sent back for refurbishing if they're used. I thought that made sense, and thanked them for taking the time to answer my question. While I was finishing up with Geek Squad, a manager approached me and asked if I was still interested in purchasing the Switch, I said of course. He explained to me that the Switch was new, still sealed, and therefor could be resold in store. He said people still return them to the store all the time. He also mentioned some people purchase them online, and never pick them up. There was actually a Switch waiting to get picked up that had been at the store for more than 21 days; in a few more days it will be going back on the shelves. The secret is luck and asking questions when you're in a Best Buy store. I still can not believe after looking around online for more than 6 months; I randomly purchased a Switch walking into my local Best Buy. I have seen these things being sold online for 3x the price. Do not do that! Sign up for alerts when items are out of stock now, and get notified when they're back in stock. One thing I did do prior to getting a Switch is I built up my little game collection. Whenever games went on sale, I bought them. I also bought the case when it went on sale too. The Switch does not come with any games or a case; so while you're waiting for the console to come back in stock; now would be a good time to go game hunting for some great deals. Also, for an extra $50 Best Buy will give you the 2 year warranty; I highly suggest purchasing it. Best of luck!

The Nintendo Switch is definitely worth it compared to other game consoles. The price isn't too bad and they usually offer specials when you purchase the Nintendo Switch. Like getting a game with it or accessories, etc. This makes the price even better because you get a discount on the console and the game or accessories. This console can hook up to the TV and play, plus you can play games on the go. You can also watch shows, movies, etc. on it! Great for the kiddos for a long road trip and even for adults who still love to play Super Mario! Lol! Great product & totally worth it!

Over been debating getting the switch for over a year now. Once spring break started and I would finally have time to play, I decided to just go for it. Even though the grey joy cons are really boring, grey joy cons are the best and easiest to customize with vinyl skin, so I highly recommend the grey over the blue/red (no matter how enticing the colors are, it’s easier to change up the colors via vinyl skins). I bought it and have loved the versatility between playing it handheld and then docked to a TV. Ive wanted to play Witcher 3 but I didn’t have any other gaming system that could support Witcher 3 to run smoothly. It bought it with this switch and it runs beautifully and can play anywhere I want. I don’t have to be tied to my desk with a PC or to the couch with a PS4/Xbox.

The Nintendo Switch is a unique hybrid console that can be used as a handheld device or a home console. It has a variety of games from different genres and developers, including some of the best Nintendo franchises like Zelda, Mario, and Animal Crossing. The Switch also comes with two detachable controllers called Joy-Cons that can be used in different ways, such as motion control or multiplayer gaming. The Switch has some drawbacks, however. The graphics are not as impressive as the PS5 or Xbox Series X, and the online features are inconsistent across games. The battery life of the original model is also short, lasting only about 3 hours on average. The Switch OLED and Switch Lite models offer some improvements, such as a brighter screen and a smaller size, but they also have some trade-offs, such as no TV mode or no detachable controllers. Overall, the Switch is a great console for gamers who want to play anywhere and anytime, and who enjoy Nintendo's exclusive games and innovative hardware. The Switch is not the most powerful or reliable console on the market, but it offers a lot of fun and flexibility for a reasonable price. I would recommend the Switch to anyone who loves gaming and wants to try something different.

I just want to say that this Nintendo Switch works well for me and meets my expectations. I had fun using this with a variety of games you can download online. I can say that it heals my inner child. Thanks, it's the best gift for myself,

The Nintendo Switch 32GB Console is a versatile and innovative gaming system that offers both portable and docked play. The console's Joy-Con controllers are smart and modular, and the system has enough graphical power to run the best-looking games. The console has a fantastic library of must-play games from both Nintendo and other publishers, making it a great choice for gamers of all ages. My kids and I love it. The console's accessories can be expensive, but the standard Switch is still a great middle-ground for those who want to indulge in Nintendo titles without breaking the bank! Overall, the Nintendo Switch is an excellent device that is highly recommended for anyone looking for a versatile and fun gaming system.

I just went in to buy my Nintendo and the attention of the person who helped me was wonderful, explaining all the advantages it has, I fell in love and wanted to give myself that gift, I'm happy, it has worked perfectly, I connect it to my TV and all the games I have downloaded look excellent, also the speed and the colors it has make me want to keep playing. Thank you, wonderful Nintendo switch..

The Nintendo Switch is so hard to find. Glad I was able to find it on Best Buy’s website early in the morning for retail. It shipped on the same day and I received it the following day. Thanks Best Buy! I’m happy with the console and have been playing it with my fiance.

Great product and easy to use. My 7 year old loves it. We also love that we can connect it to the TV and the joy cons become two controllers. I would highly recommend this product.

No need to buy a portable system again. Needs bigger game library but it's brand new so no worries. Strong battery life. Easy too use ergonomic controls. Seamless wireless remotes charges when in use. No complaints aside from no free game titles on the estore. Worth every penny. Looks great on a 4k tv
