Refurbished - refers to a product that has been restored to a like-new condition after being returned or used. The product arrived with visible defects and some gunk underneath the screen. I rarely buy items that are open box or refurbished. And this is the 2nd time I made the mistake of doing so and what I received is far below my expectations. Best Buy we need to do better than this. I bought two and it comes perfectly and works great

She absolutely loves this device. I don’t see her NOT holding this switch. She almost never leaves the house without it in her pockets

Functions perfectly! Came in like new condition, my daughter loves it!
