The set-up was pretty simple, and it's easy to fold up and move around. It is very long. I ended up getting blocks (like the kind you use to raise up a bed frame) instead of using the frame it came with since it took too long to set-up and take down every time. The machine is absolutely too low to use without something. I have rated it only 3 stars since I've had a support ticket open with them since I got it delivered. The top part of the frame has a scratching metal-to-metal sound whenever I use it. It definitely is since it doesn't have something to keep it straight on track. Over a month with no firm resolution yet, but I like it enough to want to keep trying to get it resolved and fixed.
