The member not only carefully installed the screen protector on my new Samsung Tab S11, but he even went back to clear any air bubbles that may still appear, which I believe most other businesses or services would leave it 9n itself. The employee went the extra mile, even if their roles didn’t require them to do so. And one month later, my screen protector is tsill intact and naturally feels as if has always been part of the tablet. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad services to anyone who is nervous or troubled about installing a new screen protector for their new device.

The employees were kind and was able to install my screen protector within a few minutes. With my membership I was able to get my screen protector installed for free!

It had dust under the screen, I called to ask if I could get it redone, they said yes, I come in and they say they can redo it for “free” as long as I pay for a new screen protector and I already paid for the service. Why would I pay for a brand new screen protector to replace my brand new screen protector because they messed up the installation that I paid for? I chatted with support who said they can redo it and the store called me to drive back and come in again to ask with the manager in person who said the same thing. If I wanted dust under my screen I would have done it myself for free instead of paying for an install and wasting gas going back and forth. The pictures are some of what is trapped under the screen. Customer support tells me one thing and then I waste gas and time for the store to tell me no.

The lady who installed my screen protector was really nice and did a really good job. No bubbles or particles on my tablet. :]

Best buy did an excellent job installing my ZAGG screen protector on my iPad pro 12.9 inch. I was a little nervous to do it myself especially on such an expensive screen and device. Even better if you're a Best buy total tech member the installation is free on all screen protectors if purchased through store.

I asked the Geek Squad to install the Tablet Shield on to the Nintendo Switch that I was purchasing. I prefer to have the Geek Squad do the Installation as I want it done in store before I leave with my purchase. They are excellent at getting the Installation done properly with no bubbles or issues. I highly recommend having the Geek Squad do the Installation unless you are very good at doing it yourself.
