Horrible customer service

Purchased product on website and cancelled within 20 minutes because I found it cheaper somewhere else. Was still charged and sent product. Reached out to Best Buy’s 3rd party distributor for a return label in June and still have not received one. Best Buy says they can’t help and Blue Dealz has not resolved issue yet and it’s been 3 weeks.

Product was great. However Best Buy would not granta return on the purchase because it was third party.
