The Bismarck - Oneiromancer - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Vourukasha is the third album from Bergen-based doom metal band Bismarck. It is a work born from curiosity, hard work, and sheer determination. Four years in the making, Vourukasha will take you on a metaphysical journey through space and time - From the darkest depths of the sea to the endless cosmic void. BISMARCK's trademark sound is an uncompromising mix of sludgy riffs and psychedelic nuances, inspired by a wide array of genres and styles. The end result is an amp-melting form of stoner doom combined with atmospheric post-rock, with hints of Middle Eastern folk music and the Norwegian black metal they grew up listening to. With music that alternates between intense, fuzzed-out heaviness and clean, atmospheric drones, and with a lyrical content that explores Western esotericism, altered states of consciousness and a mystical apocalypse, BISMARCK is now ready for Vourukasha to be unleashed upon the world. 2016 , the debut album by this alt-rock band formed by Faith No More's Mike Patton, TV On The Radio's Tunde Adebimpe and rapper/producer Doseone. This has been highly anticipated ever since the project was announced in 2008. Nevermen is neither side-project nor super group; it's merely meant to be - a years-in-the-making partnership in which these men shared all duties, discovering their collective sound with the sort of glee and freedom usually reserved for first-timers. Amid this wild, weird churn of rock, pop, rap, soul, and other, it's shockingly easy to lose track of who's singing at what moment, and that's the point to quote Tunde/Adam/Mike in song, InchThe frontman digests it's self.Inch Nevermen, the album, finds these three giants shredding their egos to get at the heart of why they do what they do, to explore the hopes and fears and wins and losses of anyone who carves career out of what started as dream. Album Tracks 1. Dark Ear 2. Treat Em Right 3. Wrong Animal Right Trap 4. Tough Towns 5. Hate on 6. Mr. Mistake 7. Shellshot 8. At Your Service 9. Non Babylon 10. Fame II the Wreckoning
