Alicia has her ups and downs. Big issues swirl.
Alicia's career progresses unevenly. Big social issues -- censorship, freedom of speech, police corruption, gay rights, voter fraud, women' rights -- form the background.

Love This Show
The Good Wife is an amazing television show. It's smart, quick and very engaging. I think that the acting is amazing and I would recommend trying it (though you should really start with season one if you're new to the show).

No commercials
I originally purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend but have since found myself asking to borrow it from her when she's done so that I may watch every episode. Great show and great product.

Very good series
Haven't watched yet (still on season 2), but expecting this to be just as good. Several good actors, and have enjoyed the early storylines.
