A: Go to your order details of the product you ordered. Down, you will see a "Digital Item" and Ready to Redeem. Sign in and now check your email. The title of the email is "Download your PlayStation Pre Order Bonus product" from Bestbuy email. I found it on email today and was sent yesterday.

A: Yes if you bought the game before release meaning you preordered it which is only on ps4 then to redeem a preorder bonus content code then you go into the PlayStation store to redeem the code for it.

A: You picked the game up on Friday but did you order it before Friday? If you only purchased it Friday then you don’t get the preorder content. You would have had to order it the latest on Thursday. It would arrive by email to the address you entered during your purchase. If it any consolation the preorder bonuses don’t make much difference in actual game play. You would think it does but it really doesn’t. My husband was playigg big the game with the preorder bonus and I wasn’t. I have progressed farther faster then him. The game is really about skill and attention to finding materials and he tends to not check every area closely.
