The Mummy & The Mummy Returns have long been two of my all time favorites films. Upgrading from DVD to Blu-ray made a huge difference in quality & enjoyment. The special effects are a bit dated, but the films still stand up today as beautifully executed & just so much fun to watch. Rick & Evie are a quintessential onscreen couple & Fraser & Weisz have incredible chemistry. The third installment is fun to watch, but I much prefer the Egypt locale. It suffers greatly from the replacement of Weisz as Evie. No one can play Evie like Weisz & I am so looking forward to the fourth installment of the franchise which brings the original cast back together.
