The system is amazing. The computer was shipped to my home and the packaging was great. Not one problem with the shipment. Taking off the side and front covers were vey easy. Removing the foam inside the computer went without a hitch and I decided to examine the insides. The Thermaltake fans and AIO radiator are their own equipment, as is the Toughpower GF1 850 watt modular PSU. It comes with two toughram RGB 2x16 DDR5 6400 MT/s. Now for the OEM parts: MSI Spatium M482 with read specs in the 7000. ASUS TUF RX 9070 XT OC Finally I get to the reason for the 4 starts. My system comes with an ASRock AMD B850M Pro A WiFi motherboard which has me very concerned. Their are a lot of posts on Reddit which is following a continuing problem with ASRock motherboards with the AMD 9800x3d CPU which are making the 9800x3d inoperable. Thermaltake to their credit sent the motherboard with the latest BIOS which is supposed to fix the problem. Since the updated BIOS was released in the middle of May, it is not know if this update will really fix the problem. My concern is that Thermaltake only warrants their hardware for 1 year, while AMD warrants a CPU purchased for 3 years. What happens to me if this motherboard ends up killing the CPU after a year. I do not think I should have to pay for a 3 year protection plan for parts that Thermaltake knew was suspect.

Hello, thank you for the review. We are happy to see that overall you are happy with the PC. To address some of your concerns, first and foremost, we do not use OEM parts, these are retail parts that are purchasable on the market by any user. We do not use parts that have any active recalls, the motherboard issues being described are a shared experience with some users, but nothing to cause a major concern over at a manufacturer level. The parts all carry their own individual warranties beyond the first year of the limited 1 year. So if the CPU or motherboard goes bad you can contact the manufacturer accordingly. Please let us know if you have more concerns.
Best regards, Thermaltake Support

Overall I am highly satisfied with this build. It provides excellent performance due to its high end cpu. Also has a more than optimal gpu for handling big budget triple A games. Comes with 32gb of ddr5 ram which is a luxury now a days. I highly recommend this pc to any passionate gamer.

Great PC all around. A little noisy but with headphones on it is not noticeable. All parts were name brand. Overall a great pc for the price and super easy to set up. Couldn’t be more proud with my purchase!

Definitely the best prebuilt i’ve bought parts are as described and plenty of courtesy cables, love the case great size for someone who doesn’t want a full tower taking up all that floor space. Gpu and Cpu combo are great for an easy 250+ fps ultra 1440p gaming experience, hats off to thermaltake on this one.

As advertised. I know computers but have not had a desktop for a while and did not want to build one. Had great luck with the installed components and it has worked flawlessly.

Ran well whike it ran. Asrock mboard, asus graphic card. Normally build my own but took a chance on prebuilt. Regretfully, that did not work out well. Motherboard (asrock 850) died just after a month which was just outside or the return window leading to a major waste of time. Bestbuy is good to deal with and did their best but I simply cannot recommend.

Before attempting to boot the PC the build quality itself was fairly decent. No lose cables or screws. The GPU fan still had plastic covers on the blade centers. The power supply does have a visible dent in it. The side panel does show signs of the coating coming lose in a few small areas. Be careful removing the interior packing as mine was under the cooling piping.
