I bought my PC, and after 6 months it started having issues. I contacted Thermaltake technical support, and they asked me to send the computer in. After two weeks, they sent me a PC that wasn’t even mine. I had to return it so they could send me the correct one. When I finally received my PC in the third week, the GPU wouldn’t turn on. They told me to send the graphics card back, and now it has been about two weeks with no replacement GPU and no clear solution. It’s extremely frustrating to spend so much money on a PC and not be able to use it because of mistakes on their end. To this day, I still can’t use my computer, and the service has been slow, confusing, and unprofessional. I do not recommend this experience at all.

I recently purchased this Reactor computer and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance. It handles Forza Horizon 5 on max settings at 240Hz in 4K and even Cyberpunk 2077 with max settings and path tracing on, all running smoothly. The horizontal stand I bought separately makes it look dope too! However, I did face some freezing issues while playing Black Ops 6 due to a known problem with the Ryzen processor, which apparently lacks a fix as of now. Also, getting the GPU firmly seated in the motherboard took a bit of effort when I first received the machine, but once in place, it worked like a charm. Overall, I'm happy with the computer's performance and design. One downside is the Asus Armory Crate RGB controller sucks, so I opted to leave the RGB settings on default from the BIOS. If you're looking for an impressive gaming experience and don't mind a few quirks, this setup is definitely worth considering!

This pc showed up with damage and quite possibly tampering. The 5080 came physically damaged and will not connect to any monitor. There were stripped screws and one just floating around in the fans. I cant believe this. Thank god I bought it from best buy and am able to return this. I cant believe I am the first one to review this. I cant be the only one this happend to.

While other PCs aren’t working mine is nowhere to be found. Best Buy oversold their stock, knew they didn’t have inventory, and then alerted me to the lack of inventory late in the day on pickup day. I spoke with customer service in the morning when it wasn't ready and was "assured" I would get the pickup notification today. That didn't happen. I asked if I could get faster shipping since it was late and they then blamed Thermaltake for the slow shipping. Bad look.

USB Hub not properly powered. 5080 not capable of fully seating to PCIE5 slot in this case. Connecting to the motherboard is an absolutely horrendous process of disassembling the case every time you wish to simply plug and unplug anything including HDMI, ethernet or USB. Will never buy Thermaltake again.

With the difficulty obtaining certain parts like the GPU, Paying for a prebuild made this much more price concious. The build was well made and cable management was done efficently. Easy to use right out of the box.

At what point was 2TB storage considered massive? No motherboard info available is a HUGE red flag! No CL info on RAM. People need to avoid these pre mades at all costs! Total waste of the graphics cards too
