Comfortable
[Employee of bestbuy] The bag I purchased is comfortable and snug when I need it to be. The back cusions provide comfort and the extra space is a must in my life which I love about it. Overall Pretty great

Poor design strap breaks
Looks sleek and for light loads. But poor design and quality. I have used it lightly but the straps break after chafing with the metal hooks. Need a new bag now.
