Amazing, best vacuum yes. Worth every penny!
Jake Posted
Hands down most impressive vacuum on the market! Its for sure worth the price. its so easy to use, you just put it in the docking station and it charges and empties the vacuum, no need to touch anything. The charge lasts a long time and the vacuum has never died on me! The handle comes off and is a portable handheld vacuum, perfect for cleaning the couch or any corners. I dont understand how the zero tangle technology works but it really works! I have two dogs and it cleans the hair so easily, and none of it gets stuck in the vacuum. There is also a perfect green LED light that's emitted, which makes all the dust and debris light up. This is the best vacuum, everyone deserves one!

Amazing vacuum and love the self emptying station! I have a dog and two kids and this vacuum handles it all. Battery holds just enough charge for my 1,500 sqft home. Favorite feature is the green light on the head which helps you see dirt/hair/dust several feet away on the floor so you can make sure you are really cleaning your floor and catching it all. Highly recommend this product.

A MUST HAVE!

This vacuum is an amazing product- I am always struggling with what product would work best in my busy/messy household- with 3 kids and a dog- this tineco one is effortlessly amazing- so easy to use from start to finish. even my kids want to help now around the house because of the fun light to see dirt and the automatically emptying of the dirt- all of our hands stay clean while cleaning the house with no dirt left behind. its even pretty with the matte looking color and slim/sleep design. It also only took 2 minutes to set up- we plugged in and went to work.

Great Products from Tineco
AAAAF Posted
It's my 2nd purchase from Tineco, and it's Great! I've 3 indoor dogs, small, medium, and large, so it's messy inside the house, but this electricity broom keeps out sanity in the house, and of course clean too. It's better at sweeping than a person (except around round surfaces). The green light allows you to see if you've picked up dirt or not. It's capacity to carry the dirt is pretty good too. The only thing that would make me live it more would be 2 things: 1) be able to empty it by hand when something is stuck, and 2) to have an indicator of how much battery is left - kind of like riding it

Best Stick Vac We Have Ever Owned!
GREGO Posted
This is the Best Stick Vac We Have Ever Owned! I bought for my wife because she is very sensitive to dust. What's great about this set is that after vacuuming, just set the vac on the base and it vacuums it out really well and even runs the head to clean it out. Then all you have to do is remove the very large dust bin and pull a lever to empty into the trash. This is the cleanest van set we have ever had. It DOES require maintenance though, and make sure to clean and replace the HEPA filter as needed. Battery lasts a long time, it has Good power and suction, and the attachments work well. I highly recommend.

Suction power issue
Chris Posted
I bought this mainly for run time which is great but its self emptying power is not great. All dust sticks to filter so you have to open the canister and pull it out which defeats the purpose of self emptying

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the great run time of our product. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with the self-emptying feature. We take your feedback seriously to continuously improve our products and services.
Based on your description, it seems that the self-emptying function is not performing as expected, with dust sticking to the filter, requiring manual intervention to clean the canister.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time. Ensuring that the filter is regularly cleaned can also help improve the self-emptying process.
We’d love to assist you further and help resolve this issue. Please reach out to our customer service at support@tineco.com, via chat on our website, or by phone at 1-855-292-8864 (Mon-Fri: 8 AM - 8 PM CST). Our team is here to provide the support you need.

Love the station!!

so amazing! it empties itself and charges every time you put it back on the station. Saves a lot of time because now I don't have to dump the dirt cup.

Not Impressed
Linkyman Posted
I’m not impressed. I can’t even vacuum my whole first floor without the battery going dead. I called the customer service number and they’re telling me that the battery life is only 15 minutes. They were supposed to send me another battery. Haven’t heard from them since. I should have gone with another brand.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've faced with the battery life and the delay in receiving a replacement battery. We take your feedback seriously and are committed to using it to continuously improve our products and services.
Based on your description, it seems that the battery life of your vacuum is not sufficient to clean your entire first floor. We understand how frustrating this must be for you.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time. However, we recognize that this does not address the underlying issue of battery duration.
We’d love to assist you further and ensure that you receive the support you need. Please reach out to our customer service again at support@tineco.com, via chat on our website, or by phone at 1-855-292-8864 (Mon-Fri: 8 AM - 8 PM CST). Our team is here to help resolve this issue promptly.

Disappointed
LucileC Posted
We had a Tineco cordless that was wonderful, so we thought we would upgrade to a self emptying one. This battery life is awful! The lights died within a week, and the suction is weak compared to other models.
