A: This TV works with a whole bunch of apps that are Google Cast enabled. However, Amazon is not one of them. You can see all of the apps that will work at https://www.google.com/cast/apps/. To view Amazon Prime/Video content on this TV, you will have to connect a streaming box that does include Amazon, such as a Roku box, to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.

A: No. At first I was confused too but I order to use Netflix and other apps you have to download them to your mobile or tablet device. Then it will allow you to cast it to your tv.
