I just came back from a international flight (14h) and I used this NC20 and thought I leave a review here. I usually use those over the ear headphones for their noise canceling function on these long flights but the large ear piece keeps bumping into the head rest when I try to sleep. I remembered the NC20 I had with me also have noise canceling function. I am so glad I brought them. They worked extremely well on the flight and allowed me to easily fall into sleep on my quite music for most of the flight. After arrival, I was in the cities and in the moutains, I had these earbuds with me almost all the time. The sound quality was great and they are comfortable to wear. The only minor issue is that it sometimes pauses the play for no reason. It happens about once a week on daily use. I initially thought I had phone connection issues but after weeks, i realized it MIGHT be the earbud is too sensitive to my hair. Not a huge deal but putting it here so it might help someone. Oh, the controls on the case is so nice! This is such a wonderful design. I never had such a convenient set of earbuds!

Sounds great, features all seem to work well. The only thing I would recommend out of the box is to change the settings on the touch features. They work to well, I had to change single tap to double and that fixed the pause problem. ;-) I love the case and the wireless charging. All and all well worth the price.

Would highly recommend this product you can see the charge the even the Box can be charged and you don't need to worry about almost you know three four days if you are use heavy user

These head phones are amazing! Sound is good features are great and having a touch screen is so convenient for running working out, even at work. Battery life is good too. Buy them! You will not regret it

Bought these as a backup pair for work, overall, pretty good. The app & case controls are pretty decent, the minus for me, (I haven't found it yet) you can't seem to customize how the touch functions operate for the earbuds

I bought them when was on sale great deal. They sound great very recommend it sound same or better than iPods
