To make a transaction, you open the Trezor app, connect the device, enter the pin and then you can start making transactions. What I like is the level of security of these devices. I have had the unpleasant experience of having forgotten the pin to access one of my wallets and despite trying anything, the device complies with the security protocol and in my case it took me a couple of days to recover my wallet with the previous backup.
