They sound amazing, A bit small on my ears gets a lil sore after time, A lot of options of presets, i can hear everything down to footsteps,and the superhuman hearing and sound canceling system deffently is a changer then other headphones, also connected different devices while connected to ps4, means i play my music wireless while gaming,Deffently satisfied, although my tranmitter light wasent working ,I exchanged for another pair on the way. Shipping seems to always be slow with Bestbuy tho :/

In my personal opinion it's not worth the hype good headset has a lot of functionalities with it that are great the buttons on the side of the headset you barely press him and is doing a new mode very Advanced headset as far as buttons and stuff too much hassle when you just want to plug and play you got to hook up digital Dolby to the headphone box that charges the headset great sound quality but too much for what you want when you just want to plug and play

It's clean it smells new, it feels new, it works like new. I LOVE IT, I never thought I would get this kinda quality at this price!! I am happy with my product. Still the first day. I told my GF to get one too. She is buying one ;D

I have to say I did like these headphones, the ability to take a phone call is amazing. Also the presets are pretty cool, as is the battery life. What is not okay (for me) is the audio quality. Compared to the main competitor in the price bracket...well there is no comparison unfortunately as they sound about as good as a $40 pair from my experience. Mine was a refurbished model but I sampled some new ones prior to returning these and they fared no better to my ears. I would put these as number one for tech features, and literally average in audio quality (I mean literally across the board with ALL headphones). Turtle Beach, step up those drivers and you will dominate the market!!!!!!.

Decent headphones if you can get it refurbished. Small issue would be how the headphones handles the audio when the headset is off. When off, the ps4 still sends audio to the headset, which is also like muting the sound. Comparatively, other headsets I have tried automatically reroute the audio to display thru the TV if not in use. The charging cradle itself is pretty awesome though The final gripe I would have is that it does feel slightly tight on my head. I have a midsized head and it already feels a bit tight. So for those w/ decently sized to bigger domes, I would probably advise against this headset

Packaged came as expected with minor aesthetic wear. I just plugged it in and it was setup. The sound is great but if you're looking for a strong bass headset then this is not for you. I mainly bought this for the active noise cancellation and it works pretty good on this headset. I also bought the Geek Squad 2 year replacement warranty since this was a refurbished product and I wanted to make sure that if anything goes wrong in 2 years I'd be covered

Don't believe the hype. I was like everyone else on being spectacle on buying a refurbished item fearing on spending money on something that was defective. Also looking at it this way, I'll rather spend $130 vs $300 retail price. But anyways beside being very affordable, the headset itself to me were brand new, I don't know what the problem(s) for this item. I only wish they would state what were they turned in for refurbish for, but other then that best decision I ever made over buying another pricey headset for reasonable price. Sound quality is great especially if you're like me getting way into the game and hate missing an important incoming call or text. Bluetooth this baby on your phone while playing the game is not stopping from playing is a no brainer. I highly recommended on taking a chance with this product, I'm happy I did.

Overall headset sucks I really wanted these but the earcups are small hurt your ears the sound constantly like surges in and out the max volume on the ps4 is a joke the free ear buds with my samsung phone are louder but I do really really like the magnetic charging stand

Needed some wireless headphones and the reviews were good on these. I would recommend as they were easy to setup, comfortable, long battery charge and sound good.

Great headset, love the fact I can answer my cell calls through Bluetooth while playing PS4 , end the call and jump right back into game audio. Talk about convenient!!

I bought these for my son since he wanted a good pair of headset and after using them for a while he loved them, he says they sound great and everything... at the beggining he said he's ears hurt a little after using them but sometime after the ear cushions adapted to he's ears and are now super comfy

When I first got them they didn't work right. Took them in to best buy they looked at them and now they work great. Awesome headphones for the price you pay. You should buy them before there gone.

Everyone keeps talking about static in voice feedback. But I don't notice any. The sound quality is top notch. Not quite Bose but really really good for a gaming headset. I highly recommend.

This is a great headset for the price. Hooked it up to the optical audio port on my TV and now have wireless sound for everything. Really great and comfortable.

Bought a PS4 and needed some headphones and got these as they are truly wireless and come with a pretty cool recharge dish for them to rest in.

The headset looks and sounds like brand new. Original packaging and content were great as well.

Very good quality for the price. Sound is very good also. Design could be more durable though.
