The Master Palette Series 11-inch Tumba features a 30-inch-tall shell constructed from hand-selected, aged Siam Oak, providing the specified durability and sound characteristics of the instrument. Its wide belly creates rich, deep bass tones and pronounced slaps, making it suited to a range of musical settings, including practice, rehearsals, performances, studio sessions, and live playing. Chrome hoops, reinforced side plates, and 3/8-inch diameter tuning lugs provide the specified hardware configuration, while a die-cast handle with color-matched hardware completes the construction. A one-of-a-kind cascading paint finish is finely hand-applied by skilled artisans, giving each drum a unique appearance, with no two drums looking exactly the same. Numerous layers of high-gloss finishing are applied and finely polished to create an attractive, mirror-like exterior coat. The Tumba is equipped with genuine premium, hand-picked water buffalo skin heads that produce rich, warm tones for a variety of playing situations. Each drum includes a matching single basket stand, accessory pouch, tuning wrench, and lug lube for setup and maintenance. The Master Palette Series is available in four sizes: 10-inch, 11-inch, 11.75-inch, and 12.5-inch. A wooden sound plate, deluxe or professional carrying bags, and hardware protectors are available as additional options, while Remo M7 Type Tucked Fiberskyn heads are also available as an option.
