Wrong batteries.

Rep was helpful. Unfortunately she ordered the wrong batteries. After waiting a week they came. Didn’t fit in phone. Took back to store and Geek Squad confirmed incorrect. Said unable to get correct batteries and sent me odd to a local AT&T store. (They were able to order the correct batteries and solved the problem.)

It’s difficult to find replacement batteries fir cordless landline phones and they are usually the cost of two of these batteries fir just one. This was a great deal and it only took a couple of days to receive them.
