'Pine State Honky Tonk' (Atomicat ACCD017) begins our journey through Hillbilly Music Culture with an exploration of the tunes that laid the groundwork for the transformation in the music industry, from Country Boogie through to the changing direction of the Hillbilly genre. The aim of these albums is to; entertain and introduce people to the various styles of Hillbilly, Western Swing and Country Honky Tonk music throughout the series. The five albums in this series will focus on tunes with a dance tempo, some great foot tapping ditties with one or two instrumentals to vary the flavour.
