48-Inch Heavy-Duty Bending
This sheet metal brake handles metal sheets up to 48" wide with bending angles from 0° to 135°, making it ideal for medium-size fabrication shops and heavy-gauge projects.
Versatile Material Compatibility
Our box and pan brake is compatible with mild steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Capable of bending 12-gauge (2.5 mm) mild steel—built for demanding jobs.
Customizable Die Setup
This sheet metal bender includes 8 segmented fingers (3" x 4 pcs, 4" x 3 pcs, 25" x 1 pc) that can be freely arranged for precise, segmented bends. Perfect for fabricating electrical enclosures, casings, HVAC components, and complex flanged panels.
Dual Counterweights for Stability
Designed with dual balancing hammers, this metal bending machine offers stronger, more stable clamping of large sheets while reducing operator effort—ideal for heavy-duty bending tasks.
Easy Operation
It is easy to operate the aluminum brake bender. Simply lift the clamping handle, place the sheet metal, and lower the handle to secure it. Then, slowly raise the lever to the desired angle. Angle adjustments are manual, and keep in mind that all metal bending will experience springback (e.g., for a 90° bend, set the angle to 92°).
