Not a properly finished product: defective
I have read reviews that these guys dont have quality control and you may get defective product, I tried to ignore assuming that could be one of odd case. but guess what, I got this with defective (the handle bar was not in shape) and I had to return it. And that caused delays in having a scooter for my son.
