Item arrived quickly. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The brackets are plastic, hooks are steel and the rails are aluminum. It held up hauling an extension ladder but it didn't feel as secure as I would like it. It seems like the plastic brackets are angle down a bit now. On the rails there is rubber for gripping cargo.....it pulls out of the rails pretty easy if you slide the load left or right. The rails work but I would suggest only using it for light cargo.... am not sure if they are able to hold the capacity listed.

Good quality but unfortunately didn’t fit my car, definitely need a sedan for it too fit , it was a bit to big for my coupe

Unable to mount it on my vehicle. Had to returned.
