Fantastic cookware! Nothing sticks to these frying pans and I do not use oil (or oil spray) when making eggs and pancakes. We have an induction cook top. These pans are ready to go in less than one minute. Wow. Handle is always cool to touch. We use these frying pans almost every day for tle last 3 months and they show no sign of ware. Nicely Done Viking!

Got the pans for xmas as gift to myself and my wife. Wish I had bought these years ago. Had them for 3 mos now and everything I cook on these has come out perfect and evenly cooked. Easy to clean up as well. Glad I spent the money on quality.

These are very well made, and have a nice heavy solid bottom that is perfect for the electric flat top range I have. Cheaper ones that have ridges in the bottom and just feel flimsy didn't cook nearly as consistent as these do. Hopefully these last...they feel super solid... and I'll never have to buy pans ever again!

Need the perfect grilled cheese, then buy these pans. The heat spreads evenly so you obtain that gold crisp crunch with gooey melted cheese. No need to risk burning your masterpiece as you begin to plate, your sandwich will slide right off.

Pans are well made and handles offer enough length to not get too hot. The nonstick coating makes cooking and cleaning much easier. Also seemed to perform well in the over.
