This is one great little heater! It heats up quickly and keeps my office toasty warm. Save me money on my heating bill because I'm just heating my office and not the whole house. I bought a second one for my son for his apartment and he loves it too!

This product did not live up to my expectation. I read reviews and expected more heat. I have placed it beside my old heater and continue to use the old one. I hold this one in reserve.

Product did not heat. It took hours to get to just a warm state. Obviously this particular heater was defective. Returned to Best Buy.
