This is a third party seller. It is NOT made clear of a 2 week return policy (different than a Best Buy return policy even though you are buying from Best Buy). Best Buy cannot do anything about itnsince it was third party, even though we purchased from Best Buy. The item is defective. The problem is the lenses won't come together enough to look our of both lenses. You can only look through one. It has been noted in other reviews, but we thought we would try. Whem we tried to return to Best Buy they said third party and 2 week return. We were shocked, so read carefully...because I guess we didn't. Trying to help someone else out. We contacted Teds and they informed us to go to the manufacturer. Totally won't help you. Buyer...just beware.
