Keep in mind that you must have the base unit for this to work. Be very careful, This is the 5000 series compatible base unit. I purchased a 6000 series phone like this and it did not work. Also know you can answer an incoming call but not dial out unless it is one of the 4 numbers you program into the base / wireless unit. This is just an accessory. You have to cut the pictures yourself or take a note card like I did a write the name of the person. Pushing the button dials the number. One star off because it is confusing as Best Buy doesn't sell the 5000 base so this was a unique find as I purchased base elsewhere.

Very easy to use for my mother with Alzheimer’s. Downsize is having to purchase the other 2 ones which I don’t need and the talk back volume is very loud and no way to turn that down. Other than that great and easy to use!

The item was delivered as promised, however when I ordered I did not realize that you could only have 4 phone numbers in the automatic dial process. The product was in excellent condition, but I needed to return it. Best Buy did an excellent job on the return, and I will certainly buy from them again

Great for the few people that are always calling when you're not by the base phone or the separate portable unit that comes with the base. They can also be used when intercom or page is needed.

Bought for my mom and it’s the only phone on the market that is wireless that has these big buttons that you can place pictures on or names written really big she loves it
