easy to install

This is my first time using an HDD specifically designed for security cameras. It’s just like a regular SATA HDD, so installation was very easy with no issues at all. I had seen many positive reviews, so despite the higher price, I installed it in two of stores. It’s been less than a week since I started using it, so it’s too early to comment on the pros and cons, but I have high expectations.

I ended up receiving a defective unit, but Best Buy’s customer service was great — I was able to return it easily within the return window.

Ordered two units and one was doa. unit appeared to be new, sealed. Hopefully I was just unlucky so I ordered a replacement and will post another review if I have more issues
