This is my second pro-3000, the other is going after 12 years of use, so these are good machines. Have had to replace heat elements on the other unit but it that was from hard use for a few months. I have no complaints on either her unit and already used the new one for a few hrs off and on and had ran flawlessly

This is the best Vacuum Sealer - Most of my small appliances are commercial range this way I don't have to replace it every year. Great Purchase

Pros: easy to use, heavy duty, can repair or replace parts, non learning curve. Cons: heavy so you want to find a place to set it up and leave it. This is hands down better than the multiple food saver unit we have had and replaced yearly because they do not last. It is worth the price difference and you do get what you pay for.

Took me a little bit to understand how to use it. Will probably get better once i use it more and get the settings down. I work in the restaurant industry and have my own cyrovac machine. Dont feel like it sucks all the air out before sealing. Might just be me.

Does the work it was prescribed to do for sealing but make its set well and it easy to do

This is a replacement for my 2300. Bigger is better! It works faster than the old one.

Got the 1100 loved it so much purchased the larger unit
