I picked this dishwasher because it came with good reviews from consumer reports, and it was at a good price point. I went into the store to purchase and salesman was very good. It was a quick process. Delivery and install went great. I was given instructions on how to use it. I have been using the regular cycle for about a month now, but it is three hours long. it does have a quick wash but I have not tried that yet. It’s a very nice solid dishwasher. Racks slide out smoothly. I like the top rack for silverware. The dishes come out very clean!

This is an excellent dishwasher! The first two times I ran it, I had to keep checking if it was running or not, that is how quiet this unit is. Everything so far has come out very clean and dry, including heavily soiled items. I have never run any cycle other than "normal with extended dry (no heat)". While I didn't think having a third rack was a big deal, it has turned out very well for washing all sort of utensils and plastic lids. The only criticism I have is that the cycle time is very long but since I run it overnight most of the time, this is not an issue for us. I would definitely recommend this unit.

I bought this to replace another Whirlpool model that was in place for about 15 years. I like the interior being completely stainless steel. My wife really likes the third top rack for utensils and other small items. We haven’t used the utensils basket at all which leaves more room in the bottom rack. The adjustable middle rack is a nice feature as well. What we like most about it is the dishes come out really clean and it’s incredibly quiet. I have to look for the little blue light to see if it’s actually on. It’s been in use for about a month and so far, so good. The average cycle is about 3 to 3 1/2 hours which seems long but as I said before the dishes come out sparkly clean so no complaints.

First, Best Buy really has it together. When I entered the store, the front desk person assigned me to a salesperson. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and found me what I wanted in a dishwasher very quickly. I wanted "under $1000" and "very quiet" with "quick wash" and it had to be a Whirlpool or one other brand. This dishwasher was in stock, and could be delivered within two days. The delivery and installation subcontractor was outstanding, very careful to level it, and run a test to make sure it worked, and then showed me how to use it. I got it in white to match my white cabinets. This dishwasher is exactly what I wanted and needed. The price was right, the quality is great, every dish comes out clean, it is very quiet, and when I want to run the quick wash it runs a little over an hour. I like having the 3 racks, so that odd-shaped utensils and small bowls can go on the very top rack. I bought the "Clean/Dirty" magnet separately online. The dishwasher does a great job, and the purchasing and installation experiences were exceptional. Highly recommend this Whirlpool dishwasher, and highly recommend Best Buy.

So I love how this runs, its quiet and fits a lot of dishes. I like the different cycles and the overall set up inside is pretty awesome!! I would recommend this to anyone and give the operation of dishwasher 5 Stars however the part that has nothing to do with the operation of machine but with Best Buy is the scratches that’s on it out of the box. You pay a lot of money for something new it should look nice and not have scratch’s and look like a returned machine. Now the toe kick on this is also an issue for me. My old dishwasher had a toe kick that went all the way to the floor and this one does not so you can see my old flooring under The dishwasher. I am going to have to search for a stainless steel toe kick and attach it to the bottom of dishwasher to hide this. I did get a picture of some scratches but there are more, just frustrating when you pay so much and you get scratches. The top control panel you would think would have had a protective plastic cover on it but it didn’t and seriously looks used, it has all kinds of scratches on it.

Bought this unit to replace old broken Maytag dinosaur. Installation was painless and I’m happy to be able to see/access controls and countdown timer with the door closed. Love the three rack design and heated drying. Dishes come out clean and always dry. Quiet is an understatement; sometimes have to check to see if it’s running. The black stainless is very attractive and will eventually be joined by fridge and range. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It does a fantastic job on all size wash loads and is incredibly quiet. No matter how dirty the dishes are, they come out clean and shiney. I find it easy to load with options for my larger bowls, pots and pans. I would highly recommend this dishwasher. It is a fabulous option for those of us not in the Bosch price range.

I really love this Whirlpool dishwasher!! It’s the same size as all my other ones have been but fits so much more inside. The third top for small items takes maneuvering to see what works well. Lids need drying because they keep water on top but that’s obviously going to happen. I still need to figure how to use the drying part. I rinse my dishes well so don’t need long washes. Still on the short wash it dries everything unless you open right away.

Love this DW. my dishes have never gotten this clean. Quiet. Easy to navigate. Will come out dry with the “extended dry” option. Otherwise they come out soaking wet. And easy install which I did myself. If a 56 yo mom could install, anyone can.

We’ve never had a new dishwasher so when purchasing one, we wanted a top of the line. This one did not disappoint. The third rack for silverware is amazing! All the drawers open smoothly, it washes quietly and has multiple options for cleaning type. It dries completely. The layout makes it easy to fit all your dishes and sit right to be washes properly. Last of all, it looks great!

The dishwasher works great. I like the quick wash which takes less time and does an excellent job with cleaning the dishes. The drying options work well. It is quiet and love the black stainless steel color. The third rack is a bonus. It is great for placing knives and or extra silverware.

My old GE dishwasher died and replaced it with this model. It seems to be a good balance of cost and the features I wanted. The third rack seems like a good feature so far that I have never had before. The top panel button layout is simple. I also appreciate that the middle rack can be raised or lowered to accommodate taller items being washed. It is quiet enough while washing. The wash cycle on most dishwashers seems longer than it needs to be. In the user manual it says the cycles are longer to make the dishwasher more energy efficient, which makes sense. I installed the dishwasher and the installation instructions were acceptable.

This is the best under the counter That we have ever owned. This dishes come out very clean. The third rack is great. It is so quiet that you have to look at the indicator light or count down display to confirm it is running.

I bought it in September, installed it myself (my husband does not excel in those skills) and I have been loving it since. Quiet, easy installation even for ladies :-) I use the 1 hour quick wash, my dishes are so clean. I do not prefer to clean my dishes for 3-4 hours - it is the only negative I have found so far. I would prefer more cleaning options that are less than 3 hours. However, It looks great in my kitchen. My last Whirlpool dishwasher lasted 15 years, so I have great expectation for this one :-)

Well this dishwasher is SUPER quiet! However, with having a third rack (not practical-I use it for lids mostly) the racks are a lot lower than my last Whirlpool Gold. Even though I have it on the highest rack level on the top. The bottom rack is also a bit smaller due to the silverware basket being part of the rack and not on the door (like my last one). I have tried a couple different cycles and although the quick wash is super convenient, it does not dry the plastics really well even though the heated dry option is chosen. I also use Jet Dry and it doesn't seem to matter. The best drying cycle is Normal/heated dry (3:11 time) and the next best is Quick Wash/heated dry (1:37 time) but you will need to hand dry some dishes - mostly plastics. If my husband was writing this review, he'd say the install was a pain in the a-- and he's a plumber. It seemed the hoses were in slightly different places which made it harder to push the dishwasher back at first so he had to work with it awhile before it fit right. Although I might recommend to a friend, I'd make sure to point out all these differences. Pictures are from Quick Wash cycle.

I had a Whirlpool appliances in my home for 20+ years. Decided to finally remodel and wanted to stay with whirlpool. This dishwasher looks really nice and I love the three racks. Also, glad that I bought the one that has the towel bar. I would recommend this dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher, it’s so quiet I forget that it’s running. It holds a lot of dirty dishes and I love the 3rd rack to hold larger utensils and travel cup lids

I am very impressed with this dishwasher. Yes it does take 3-4+ hours to do a load but the dishes come out clean and dry (I use rinse aid). That casserole dish that was just rinsed off but still had stuff caked on it came clean. The racks are adjustable to fit different size plates or bowls and the middle rack adjusts up and down. The waterline when hooking up leaked and I had to change the o-ring that was oblong. It fixed my problem.

It's simple, quiet, and I love the top drawer for utensils! I love that it has the extended dry option for the plastics. My other dishwasher never dried the plastics.

I am so pleased with the space for large pots, the third rack on top for utensils (chop sticks). It is the most quiet of any dishwasher I've ever had.
