This washer looks so fancy. It works great , it has a lot of options . When it running, so quiet . I like it .

its goo what i wanted but i mainly bought this to pair with alexa and google and whirlpool app is just buggy.. they dont connect at all when connected the cant search for the device sadly.. i am limited to using only the whirlpool app whoch sometimes doesnt notify me…

My second after my washer died after nearly 15 years ( Samsung vrt cherry red) the mother board contracted COVID literally during the beginning of public know that we were in a crisis! This washer is quite and upgrade.. but I’m not sure if the bells and whistles are all that, they can be a li annoying after a while. The phone notifications is a good feature but not truly necessary, idk ? Touch screen can be a hassle especially if u have to use it opposed to using your phone to ask the washer to perform certain cleaning task... nevertheless, this is a great cleaning machine, is quiet and it’s loaded with a ton of good features like fresh air and an interior light

So far had it for 10 days had best buy install it with their delivery service they put it on the riser not a pedestal because I just needed it off the floor. So far so good a little hard to understand at first one get the remote enabled to start from anywhere because it seems to lose a signal after I fill and leave and the screen shuts off. I have washed like 3 loads so far in it and it works great I used it on heavy loads with the one cycle dispenser because the inaugural wash I wanted to see what it could do. Took about 3 hours so left it to do it’s job check my phone to see where it is at in washing all the way up to drain and spin. It leaves the clothes virtually dry on a fast spin so it doesn’t need to dry as long can’t wait until I try the quick wash so I can see if it actually can dry a small load of about 2 pounds in a washer. Will update my review once I get the chance to try out that feature but so far it’s a good machine and it cleans better than my top loader without the agitator which I miss so much in my older machine because these newer ones don’t wash as good

Wash my duvet in a breeze. It has almost no noise, luv the color and the capacity. All my clothes have no stains. Luv the white of my children soccer uniform.

Just replaced our 15 year old Whirlpool with this one. The color is similar to a matte black. Nice change from the white we had. The load and go is a very nice feature. Machine is quiet. Wi-fi setup could be better or simpler. The touch screen takes a little to get use to at first. Especially when you're coming from an old knob and buttons machine. Good looking washer.

I’ve been using this washer for some months now and it has met my expectations. The 5.0 Cu. Ft. capacity is perfect for large loads, and the Load & Go dispenser is incredibly convenient since I don't have to add detergent every single time. It runs quietly, looks sleek in Black Shadow, and the clothes come out perfectly clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable, high-efficiency front loader

Overall, I am satisfied with this washer. The color is great. I love the load-and-go which saves time. However, the user interface is small. I also do not like having to enable the Internet each time the door is opened in order to control the washer remotely.

It does well washing the clothes also pretty rooming for couple blankets to wash together but was a little complicated to adjust and start running as is a touch screen model washer . We had a problem setting it up to the wifi and were unable to set it up with the wifi service so we are just using it manually we just bought it a week ago so we have not yet encounter a problem

This washer has been good so far. There was a scratch on the side when I opened it after it was delivered. I needed a washer. How was I expected to take it back to dispute the scratch.

It is working good so far but the wifi loose connection usually. No good!

The washer is great! I have now had the machine for over a week and it does a great job. The super speed spin removes enough water to greatly reduce the drying time... It is everything I have ever expected of a quality washer...

Got this top of the line type washer on clearance for the same price as a basic top loader. It has a bunch of features including an LCD panel and steam functions. No brainer at this price!

I love it!! It's the best front load machine I've owned. It cleans clothes very well. A little high tech, but getting used to it.

Haven’t used it but i cannot wait. I’am a little disappointed that you cannot get the dryer in the color Shadow black so that's why I did give it 3 stars. But hopefully I can get something close.

They are working great! But price cons is very pretty expensive. Hope so, it live longer.

Machine runs very quiet and easy to operate except the parts in the machine look like they have been used!!

Both washer and dryer have been running excellent for about two years now. Wife states that the dryer developed a noise which I've yet to look into. No other issues to date.

This is a huge monster machine. It seems to get your clothes clean, which is more than I can say for the top loaders. The clothes actually move around with water and soap, as opposed to with the top loaders, in which they barely move at all.
