This washer looks so fancy. It works great , it has a lot of options . When it running, so quiet . I like it .

its goo what i wanted but i mainly bought this to pair with alexa and google and whirlpool app is just buggy.. they dont connect at all when connected the cant search for the device sadly.. i am limited to using only the whirlpool app whoch sometimes doesnt notify me…

My second after my washer died after nearly 15 years ( Samsung vrt cherry red) the mother board contracted COVID literally during the beginning of public know that we were in a crisis! This washer is quite and upgrade.. but I’m not sure if the bells and whistles are all that, they can be a li annoying after a while. The phone notifications is a good feature but not truly necessary, idk ? Touch screen can be a hassle especially if u have to use it opposed to using your phone to ask the washer to perform certain cleaning task... nevertheless, this is a great cleaning machine, is quiet and it’s loaded with a ton of good features like fresh air and an interior light

Just replaced our 15 year old Whirlpool with this one. The color is similar to a matte black. Nice change from the white we had. The load and go is a very nice feature. Machine is quiet. Wi-fi setup could be better or simpler. The touch screen takes a little to get use to at first. Especially when you're coming from an old knob and buttons machine. Good looking washer.

So far had it for 10 days had best buy install it with their delivery service they put it on the riser not a pedestal because I just needed it off the floor. So far so good a little hard to understand at first one get the remote enabled to start from anywhere because it seems to lose a signal after I fill and leave and the screen shuts off. I have washed like 3 loads so far in it and it works great I used it on heavy loads with the one cycle dispenser because the inaugural wash I wanted to see what it could do. Took about 3 hours so left it to do it’s job check my phone to see where it is at in washing all the way up to drain and spin. It leaves the clothes virtually dry on a fast spin so it doesn’t need to dry as long can’t wait until I try the quick wash so I can see if it actually can dry a small load of about 2 pounds in a washer. Will update my review once I get the chance to try out that feature but so far it’s a good machine and it cleans better than my top loader without the agitator which I miss so much in my older machine because these newer ones don’t wash as good
