This thing is huge! It is so big! It is amazing! These are all things that I never hear but I will definitely say for this beast of a machine! Can easily fit a king size comforter in it and still have room. Cleans things so well. Definitely worth the buy!! Luckily it’s just taller and deeper or I would not have been able to fit it in its spot.

We're LG people at our house so LG was the only brand we considered for a washer/dryer set. We are beyond pleased with this washer so far. It's fairly easy to use, seems efficient, has a large capacity, the internal LED light is a nice touch, and I love that you can use the app to control it and see how much time is left. I'll say the only issue we had with it was that we accidentally overloaded it and the cycle was stopped midway through but at least the app told us what to do which was to redistribute the weight or remove some clothing. Without the app, I wouldn't have known what the problem was so that was nice. Overall, we're very happy with our purchase!

Replaced our 16 year old Maytag. This combo is light years ahead of old washer and dryer from a technology perspective. Best Buy matched the price we had found locally and had it in stock. Bought it on Friday had it on Monday. Love that fact that it determines load size and cycle time automatically. Quite, efficient and easy to use. These are huge!

The best thing about this machine it has big space come with a great model. I really love it. That’s why I spend that much money with it but you’re worthy what it is thanks Best Buy

My husband and I love how many pieces of clothing we can fit into this unit! We have had Samsung in the past but we were recently advised by 3 service technicians (trying to fix all 4 of our Samsung units - 2 washers/ 2dryers) that LG is the way to go. We own a spa that’s super close to our house, so we do lots of laundry! So after using both the 9 cu. Ft. dryer and this washer, we are beyond impressed by the performance of the units! The clothes are clean, minimal noise, and my favorite feature … there’s a light inside the drum that you can see what’s going on! Super cool! Highly recommend this unit with the matching dryer!

I have never had another washer that can wash quilts, shoes, and rugs with ease like this one. We have a large family and the size alone saves me a lot of time because I can wash 3x what smaller washers do. I love how easy it is to keep clean. This washer has been amazing for us.

Very smart washer. It figures out how to run most efficiently. Lots of features. We use with alot of delicates which it is great for. HUGE capacity. We found this at the Best Buy outlet at an amazing price. One small knock is sometimes the door doesn't latch the first time, but it lets you know. Also, we did get it at the outlet so you kind of have to expect something of that nature to pop up. Overall, great buy

When I tell you this washer has outperformed everything that I have ever owned I recommend this 110%. I had a Samsung before and it was absolutely horrible and I bought this as a set with the dryer and it’s phenomenal. I can’t recommend it enough. I love the fact that I can wash my large King size comforters, and they feel clean and smell great I’ve never had any issue with this machine. He has never smelled. It has never glitched. I’ve never had any issues. I love it.

So far so good! This is our first front loader and the large capacity was our first priority. Our laundry room is small and as we get older the bending to get the last sock out of the dryer was no fun, especially when leaning over laundry baskets. We built these in and up high enough we don’t have to do gymnastics to do a load

This is an excellent washer! I had a Samsung prior to this one and did not want to get rid of it because I loved it. Sadly, it’s discontinued but I am overall satisfied with the upgrade. It works great! I had old grease stains on a sweater and I washed it a while ago and to my surprise, the stains diminished. No need to change the detergent.

This washer dryer pair works amazing and has so many options. It also handled my king comforter in size well. Dog hair has been snapped up by the lint filter and even fine dust! 15 loads in and I’m very impressed. Beware that even after leveling with installation the washer got out of balance still because the gentle rocking still twisted one of the leg knobs - so it’s possible to need to readjust leveling periodically.

Very large capacity washer has plenty of room for sheets and comforter in one load. Runs quietly and cycles are relatively short compared to other brands.

I picked this set due to the reviews and Brand. But I didn’t pay attention to the left side door opening for the washer. You cannot move it like you can the dryer.Which makes it diifcult as my washer is on the right and dryer to the left. And it is not as quiet as expected on certain cycles. I also bought the bundle with the pedestals.. good luck if you ever get those.But it washes well and it’s pretty!

We ordered both dryer and washer of these models plus the stands in late 11/2023 while receiving all on 3/19/2024. Supply chain disruption issue? On delivery, our 13 yo dryer & washer were removed and the new units installed without issues. The included manuals have been helpful in choosing the proper setting. We wish there was a manual setting available (in the fine print?). The tub capacity for both met our expectations. Plus, a good looking set. Highly recommended!

This washer is super nice and very spacious on the inside. It can fit a lot of clothes or even bedding. It washes the clothes very well making then look and feel super clean.

Can easily clean queen comforters and large loads and the dryer has the steam function that is great for woolen clothes/ quick dry cleaning
