Doesn’t fit tv- won’t take a return

This product did not fit my 50 inch tv as advertised. I reached out about a return and they refused since it was past 15 days. I was on vacation when it arrived so I could not confirm it would fit prior to the return timeline. The company suggestions was that I “look to resell it.” Horrible company. Last purchase at Best Buy for me!
