The windhorse w3 is an interesting little beast. When it works, it works very well. I've had it for most of December, but it came with two left pedals, and when I was finally able to get a right one sent out-- The UPS driver delivered it to the wrong address, and it took another week from there for them to even send out the next one. I thought it was hopeless! I had given up riding it with both pedals and resigned myself to an okay scooter substitute. When the second pedal came, and I attached it, it was like the bike was breathed life into it and actually became a horse! It does a funny thing that if you push the pedals, it'll activate the motor and turn on without pushing the throttle as long as the key is turned on. I keep knocking into the pedals when I'm standing next to it and have to pull it back. As a bike, not impressive. As a electric scooter, it's alright. As an electric bike for less then a paycheck on a part time job? Absolutely phenomenal. I recommend the product, but not the customer service. If you need to contact them, you absolutely must go through the website you bought it from, and they are slow. Expect no more than one reply every other day.

I’m 5’6 247lbs and fit perfect. For the price it’s amazing. Can only speak about having it after a few days day but it exceeded my expectations. Rides great, seat is comfortable, and throttle works great. Little assembly needed. Also customer service was great as they helped send a new bike out since original was damaged during shipping.

Bike is great but two flaws. The chain is of poor quality. Number two the battery does not last 40 miles in pedal mode. I tried to use it all of pedal mode and will not last only 15 maybe miles. Never the less I am 5ft 10 and weigh 240 and the bike moves like nothing for having a small motor.

Easy to put together, about a 15 minute set up. Bike is stable, light is bright. Best part it comes with 2 modes for speed. Great for my 10 year old and perfect for adults. Easy to store and to transport.

I bought this E Bike as a gift for my son that was looking for a easy way to get around the local area. This E Bike is great for easily getting around the local area without worrying about driving and parking a car. It is also a great affordable options who don't have a car. The product arrives in a large heavy box. Once we opened the box I happily discovered that the bike was almost entirely assembled unlike the "bike in box" of old. Assembly consisted of attaching the handlebars, basket, and petals. Total assembly time took me no longer than 15 minutes. The bike is well protected in a layer of protective wrap that is attached to the bike with plastic straps that need to be carefully cut off. The protective wrap did a great job of protecting the bike but cutting it off took me about 15 minutes. Once assembled and charged the bike is easy and fun to operate. Everything works as advertised and I am expecting him to enjoy years of fun and useful use. The range is great and allows one to get to local a local job or school easily.

Easy to assemble, ride smooth, battery lasts 4-5days. Affordable price, good ebike for my kid.

The bike was easy to set up. It is now my primary commuting vehicle to get to and from work (9 miles one way). It can't do the full trip on just the electric throttle alone, but can definitely handle it with pedal assist. I highly recommend, great value for an easy to use, straightforward e-bike!
