This AC was the best investment I made! Comes with a remote control but it also comes with an APP! Love the fact that it has an auto mode. You can set temp to 68 degrees and once room reaches temp it will turn off and turn on when it gets warmer. Also easy to keep clean with the magnet cover. Very Sleek. It's quieter compared to my old unit I had. You won't be disappointed!! I LOVE THIS AC!

I saw this AC at random while watching a YouTube video and thought, that’s pretty weird right. Well hours later my husband informs me our bedroom AC is leaking. I say I have the perfect AC for us. Order it and I have to say I love it it cools my bedroom isn’t as loud as my last AC and it is pretty. Now I’m hoping my livingroom AC goes out so I have an excuse to buy again. Oh and let me not forget Installation was definitely a breeze I think it took my husband 5 minutes. The scissors that were included to cut the sides down to size was a bonus. As the title says I love it

This is a powerful but aesthetically pleasing unit. Easy to put together and looks great compared to prior units. Although there was damage to the unit, I suspect during shipping, I am still pleased with the overall product. Probably should have driven to a local store instead of trusting delivery as it is heavy and I am sure it was mishandled. I do recommend and am pleased with the customer support. I’d buy another one.

It is the best air conditioning I have had, it is really worth it, it is not very noisy and with the economic function it becomes very practical, I like it very much, I really recommend it.

Great customer service. My original unit had an annoying buzz caused by the compressor. I was able to reach out to the manufacturer, sent them the necessary items (video/audio of the malfunction, pictures of the installation and the invoice) about 10 days later, I received a brand new unit and got to keep the old one. I really like how the unit look first of all and the "inverter" is very quiet. that's why I was so adamant when it came to dealing with this annoying noise. Worked out really well. Francesca and Mike reached out to me personally to make sure everything went as planned. Very nice to deal with.

Very impressed with these units. I have purchased two for my home and they perform just like they are designed too. I would recommend these units. They have a nice design and curb appeal. Sleek and unique.

When we ordered this AC unit and it came in, it was above and beyond expectation. Every detail is so thought through even down to the shipping box, I went to open the box and it made it SO simple to get the unit out of. You can tell that a lot of thought went into just the box alone, so if that much thought went into the packaging, just imagine how much thought went into that window unit. It is so sleek looking, quiet, powerful, & cold! I love that it isnt an eyesore from the outside or inside! Super easy to clean the filter too! I love that it has an app as well because there are soo many times I forget to change the temp once we leave the house, so that is awesome! I love that I can also change the temperature while just laying in bed from my phone or remote. 10/10 would recommend!

Very quiet. Efficient. Excellent at cooling. Filters easy to change and clean. The fact that bottom front has filter is outstanding. All the other manufacturers leave an open hole for dust to cover fins. App makes it easy to control from anywhere and shows electrical usage.

I have only had this unit for a little under a month. But in this period of time I have had no problems with it. It works as it should. It is incredibly reliable, efficient, and effective. The install was intuitive and the instructions were comprehensive. Anyone looking for an affordable, sleek window unit — look no further!

This ac is a little pricey, but the energy effeciency alone is worth it. I live in a city neighborhood, so when it’s hot there is a lot of people using the power grid and this is the only ac I’ve found that doesnmt blow out a fuse. The noise is next to nothing as well, so I definitely reccomned getting this if a cool bedroom is something you find worth splurging on!

This AC is excellent - it’s definitely quieter than the other big branded AC.s. Very user-friendly and love how it has an app for us to control the AC wherever we are! I also want to point out that customer service is remarkable as they were able to help me troubleshoot an issue that I experienced. Very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I now have two of their ACs!

We replaced an old, loud window AC unit with this beauty a few weeks ago, and we love it! It's sleek and super quiet—even in the highest setting. Being able to control it remotely from our phones is a huge plus. It cools our whole first floor very efficiently. And it's significantly lighter and easier to handle and install than our old units.

This air conditioner installed easily and looked nice. However it had a very loud vibration noise. I had spent the extra money specifically because I wanted something quiet, This was not only loud but annoying, so I returned it.

Works great.. very quiet. Highly recommend this over all the ACs I’ve bought in the years. And I can turn on with my phone.

I was very excited to get this a/c. Nicely looking, not loudly working, but...its not doing the actual work, which is cooling down the house. I got LG 14BTU a/c for my living room and it is doing its job perfectly. At the 73°F room is cold. With this air conditioner in by bedroom, which is much smaller than living room, I am always keep it at 60°F but it's not enough, we are still not feeling a cold. I believe that something is wrong with this particular piece and really hope that it will be resolved. Right now 3 stars for cool, slick design only.
