Expensive mistake

I'm a property manager and have bought and used almost every lock on the market. Renting properties near the ocean and just being in the south is tough on all locks but I decided to give this one a try on my personal house. It lasted about 15 months. Don't waste your money...

Could only put on half. Said i needed door guy

Wasn't finished .Didnt have tools to complete. Can you send someone else to finish. He was nice..
