Yellowstone recounts the epic story of the Dutton family, who control the largest ranch in the contiguous United States. Headed by John Dutton (Academy Award winner Kevin Costner), the family faces an onslaught of attacks both from within and a world of vicious greed on the outside. 1883 is the hit prequel to the Emmy nominated drama Yellowstone. The limited series follows the Dutton family as they embark on a journey west. It is a stark retelling of Western expansion, and an intense study of one family fleeing poverty to seek a better future in America's promised land Montana.
